4. Course Enrollment and Access

Enrollment in a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Access to course materials is provided for a specified period after enrollment, as detailed during the purchase process. Continued access beyond this period may require re-enrollment or additional fees. You may not share your access to the course content with others, nor may you resell or redistribute the course materials in any form.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments for courses and services must be made through the ML Skills Academy website using the provided payment methods. Fees are subject to change at any time without notice.

Refund Policy:

• 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If you purchase a course and decide it is not suitable for you, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that you have not accessed or consumed significant portions of the course content (e.g., more than 20% of the course). To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected].

• No Refunds After 14 Days: After the 14-day cooling-off period, no refunds will be provided. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of ML Skills Academy in cases of extraordinary circumstances, such as a documented medical condition preventing you from continuing with the course.

• Course Cancellations: If a course is canceled by ML Skills Academy, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equal value.

• Partial Refunds: If you have accessed or completed more than 20% of the course content within the 14-day period, ML Skills Academy reserves the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund request.

• Processing Time: Refund requests are processed within 10 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• EU Consumer Rights: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you may have additional rights depending on your country of residence. These rights will be honored as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the ML Skills Academy website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, and software, is the intellectual property of ML Skills Academy or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in claims for damages, injunctive relief, and other equitable remedies.

7. User-Generated Content
